Product Description:

Preface:

Yarn machine is wildly used in cotton yarn high temperature dyeing and sizing process. Jeans material is come from the process as below sketch map shows.

Illumination

There are three driver points provide power to drive the machine. Former winding vehicle using CHV100 + PG +Tension card to achieve torque control without tension feedback to ensure constant torque in tangent direction during running and stopping.

Put out application about winding control part including the condition and parameter for a dyeing factory in Jiangsu province as following..

Parameter setting:

Note: Auto-tuning before using vector control.

P0.00=1,PG vector control,

P0.01=1,Terminals control

P3.10=600,encoder parameter

PF.00=1,tension feedback torque control,

PF.02=2,AI2(Current,0-20mA) upper limit setting.

P5.20~ P5.24,setup right parameter,

Note: Current 0mA respond Voltage 0V,20mA relate to 5V.

PF.04=3000,Maximum tension.

PF.05=1,Tension come from AI1 terminal.

PF.07,Without speed tension bias depend on real work condition, general setting 5%-10%.

PF.08, Without speed value of valve rely on real work condition ,general setting below 1%.

PF.10,tension taper depend on real work condition, general setting 5%-8%.

PF.11=10.2,mechanical drive.

PF.12=1M,Maximum force arm.

PF.14=0.11M,diameter of volume.

PF.18=0,Diameter numeration of line speed.

PF.19=2S,numeration of filter.

PF.22=41M,Maximum line speed.

PF.23=2,Line speed input come from AI2,

PF.24, Set with real work condition.

PF.33,System inertia compensation. General setting :8%-20%.

Debug technique:

1. Auto-tuning,

2. Vector control running with PG card including low speed (<2Hz), middle speed(20Hz), High speed (50Hz).

3. Detect encoder shield cable connecting to COM1 port of PG card.

4. Check whether former inverter output 0-20mA current signal is linear or not, it can reflect the AI2 signal, finally inspect PF.25 the variety of actual line speed.

5. Observe whether PF.21 parameter of rotation diameter is correct during operation.

6. Adjust voltage value of tension Potentiometertor get right tension.

7. Set a suitable system coefficient of compensation to ensure volume tangent direct constant tension during increase and decrease time.

8. Set suitable tension bias without speed to ensure former vehicle winding tension available during former vehicle stopping. avoid winding vehicle inverse to loose yarn, meanwhile eliminate negative effect of static friction.

9. Upper running frequency is determined by AI2, which can support winding starting and stopping and avoid speed accident because of broken yarn.
