Preface

Music fountain is controlled by computer, sound light and spout hole with combinative difformity, different color to work with music rhythm composing general waterscape. More and more people pay attention to improvement and beautification of environment. Music fountain will be wildly used in park, fallow square along with development of economic and promotion of standard of living.

Fountain control system structure.

Music fountain is consist of audio frequency control signal, inverter, pump, multi- function valve, universal spout and water pipe. the fountain using variable-frequency timing to achieve stepless timing according to audio frequency signal. multi-function valve and universal spout can implement many kinds of pattern and figure dominated by special controller. Inverter is controlled by weak AC voltage audio frequency signal. We transform the AC signal to 0-5V DC signal through rectifier, filter, amplifier to drive inverter. INVT-CHE inverter introduction.

CHE series is economical vector control inverter with out PG card.

CHE with excellent performance work with water supply pump to make it accelerate and decelerate at best time. Its fast dynamic response ability can change inverter output frequency immediately according to audio frequency alternation to achieve auto acceleration/deceleration without tripping operation process, alter the waveform of fountain making the fountain waveform in-phase with audio frequency signal without distortion.

Noted items of debugging.

1. Audio frequency interference.

We know there are some harmonics in both input and output terminal of inverter which may interfere other equipment by conduction, radiation and coupling. it also can be amplifier to compose harsh noise influence music.

Solution of interference.

（1） reduce carrier frequency of inverter.

（2） Using short enough thick cable for grounding.

（3） Power cable must keep away from signal wire, don’t put power cable and control cable in one slot.

2. Inverter protection

Fountain require the short enough acceleration/deceleration time of inverter which may cause over current, we should set a suitable acceleration/deceleration time. in order to reduce the interference of audio frequency, it’s necessary to set a filter time of AI1 analogue signal.

We also need to open the malfunction reset function to avoid inverter get trouble because of interference.
